As the General Manager of Light + Bark, you are the first mate of our candle ship – the right hand leading our small but mighty team as we grow, and taking charge of all day-to-day operations of the storefront! You are someone with a strong passion for candles, home fragrance and shopping local, with curiosity for innovation and growth, who has excellent communication and organizational skills, loves delivering above + beyond customer service, and who creates a welcoming and engaging experience for our amazing customers, every single time.
