General Manager Position

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to join our Light + Bark Candle Co. team! This is a full-time position that we are looking to fill immediately, once we find the right fit!

As the General Manager of Light + Bark, you are the first mate of our candle ship, overseeing all day-to-day operations of our 1800sf+ Old Town Scottsdale storefront and Candle Bar experience.

You are someone with retail management experience, a passion for candles, home fragrance and shopping local, with curiosity for innovation and growth, who has excellent communication and organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and who loves delivering above + beyond customer service every single time.
